Welcome to Tropical Vacation Rentals located in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island, Hawaii. We offer exclusively high quality homes and a few luxury oceanfront and ocean view homes for your vacation escape. We have several homes that can accommodate large family groups up to 12 people and we have two (2) bedroom condos on the ocean. We live here in Kona and manage the properties to make sure our homes are fully maintained. We are not booking agents in Honolulu or on the mainland. If you need assistance with the home while on island we will try to promptly help you.

Kailua-Kona is a small peaceful village on the dry side of the big island with average temperatures year around of 82 degrees. No matter what time of year, our weather is great. Almost all recreation activities for the island originate from Kailua-Kona including big game sports fishing, scuba diving, golfing, eco tours, snorkeling, and parasailing. There are numerous restaurants along the boardwalk and Kailua-Kona has several shopping centers for all your shopping needs.
