We are located in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island which is also called Hawaii, as is the state. We offer exclusive luxury oceanfront luxury oceanfront and ocean view homes for your vacation escapes. We have several homes showcased on this site that can accommodate large family groups up to 10 people and we have two (2) bedroom ocean front condos. The Kona Coast Vacations team lives here in Kona and manages the properties to make sure our homes are fully maintained. If you need assistance with the home while on island we will try to promptly assist you.

Kailua-Kona is a small peaceful village on the dry side of the big island with average temperatures of about 82 degrees. No matter what time of year, our weather is great. Almost all recreation activities for the island originate from Kailua-Kona including big game sports fishing, scuba diving, golfing, eco tours, snorkeling, and parasailing. There are numerous restaurants along the boardwalk and Kailua-Kona has several shopping centers for all your shopping needs.
