Additional Costs

• Tax= TAT 9.25% plus GET 4.167%
• Cleaning Fee $250
• Security Deposit $300 (refundable 14 days after departure)
• Rates subject to change without notice, but are fixed at booking.
• Air Conditioning is included in the Rates

Booking dates are secured by the receipt of the $500 deposit and signed copy of lease agreement. We will hold dates by deposit received via Visa for one week pending receipt of signed lease, which may be faxed. Full payment is required 90 days before arrival unless booking is within 90 days.

Cancellation Policy
We suggest you obtain travel insurance from a travel agent for conditions beyond your control. We will refund your deposit less $100 booking fee for cancellations made at least 90 days prior to your arrival date.
If you cancel after the 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, and we cannot book your dates, you will be refunded your deposit and cleaning fee only.
