Low Season (all other times), $450/night
$1000 Refundable Damage Deposit
Air Conditioning Optional - $40 per night
$375 One-time Cleaning Fee is required in addition to Rental Fee.
Lodging Tax will be added (11.41%).

Cancellation Policy
We suggest you obtain travel insurance from a travel agent for conditions beyond your control. We will refund your deposit less $100 booking fee for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to your arrival date.
If you cancel after the 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, and we cannot book your dates, you will be refunded your deposit and cleaning fee only.
