AVAILABILITY / RATES
High season (Christmas through January 5th) $595
The two weeks around Ironman Triathlon (usually in October), $595/night
Low Season (all other times), $395/night
$1000 refundable security deposit due at booking
Rate is subject to change until confirmation of booking.
Discounts -10% for returning guests and 10% for the entire stay if booked for 28 days or more.
We require a minimum of 5 nights stay.
Cleaning fee, $300
Taxes of TAT 9.25% plus GET 4.167% of the total rental rate and cleaning fee will be added.
Booking Procedure:
Please select a property by checking the property you want to book. Fill in the information requested and send e-mail.
We will e-mail a lease for you to review. You will fill in your address and cell number and responsible person will sign the lease. You may return lease by scanning or faxing. When we receive the signed lease we will contact you requesting the deposit. Once we receive the signed lease and deposit, you are booked. If you are booking and arriving within 60 days, the full payment is due for booking.
We receive many inquiries for properties which are just inquiries. Therefore we cannot hold homes based on inquiries and only hold homes for three days if a lease is requested.
The final full payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival*. We automatically charge your card the final payment unless we receive written notice that you want to use another card or you wish to cancel the lease.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel the lease prior to 60 days before your scheduled arrival we will refund your deposit less $100. Any cancellation within 60 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be refunded the deposit only. If we are able to book the property you cancelled, we will give you a full refund. We strongly recommend you obtain travel insurance if you are booking far out into the future or have potential medical issues.
Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard,American Express and checks.
Refunds:
We refund you deposit within 14 days less documented damages. It is extremely rare that we have ever charged for damages. We reserve the right to charge a larger deposit for weddings, receptions, and Iron Man. While we may process the refund within 14 days, credit card companies and banks may delay the actual credit to your card.
* Some properties may require full payment 90 days prior to arrival and it will be noted in the lease.
