Low Season April 1 - December 19 $185/night,
High Season December 20 - March 31 $225/night
Last minute booking rates from $165/night (Bookings less than 2 weeks before arrival)
Ironman $280/night
Rates based on 4 person occupancy, each additional person $10/night
Rate is subject to change until confirmation of booking.

NOTICE: Once you receive your lease, please sign and return it promptly. We will block out dates and hold your reservation as soon as we receive a returned, signed lease and security deposit.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

  • Tax of 11.41%
  • Cleaning Fee, $120
  • Security Deposit, $200 (refundable 14 days after departure)
  • Rates are subject to change without notice but are fixed at booking.

Booking dates are secured by the receipt of the $200 deposit and a signed copy of lease agreement. We will hold dates by deposit received by Visa for one week pending receipt of signed lease, which may be faxed. Full payment is required 60 days before arrival unless booking is within 60 days.

Cancellation Policy
We suggest you obtain travel insurance from a travel agent for conditions beyond your control. We will refund your deposit less $100 booking fee for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to your arrival date.
If you cancel after the 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, and we cannot book your dates, you will be refunded your deposit and cleaning fee only.
